বাঙ্গি কোথাও কোথাও ফুটি নামে পরিচিত। বাঙ্গির খোসা সবুজ, পাকলে হলুদ রঙের ডোরাকাটা, ভেতরের শাঁস হালকা গোলাপি-সাদা, বেলে ধরনের। বাঙ্গি পাকলে ফেটে যায়।
